Old Rapid Washer w Squirrel ~Free Shipping

It's not a bird's eye view, but the view of one looking up to see what all the chattering is about on a limb up above. Hand painted in oils is this gray squirrel on a limb on this vintage rapid washer. Actually this vintage washer states Ward Vaccuum Washer 86?? I can't make out the rest. The overall length is 26" and the washer part is 8" in diameter at the bottom. This washer was definitely used at some point in time, as there are small dents and dings in it.
