Vintage Cleaver RACCOON Birthday Cake

Hand painted on a well used meat cleaver, this raccoon is wondering where his piece of the cake is. "ON THE OUTSIDE LOOKING IN"

Here we have a very very very well used vintage meat cleaver. The top has been smashed from numerous hits, the handle has two cracks in it, the full length and a small piece of wire added at the end.. It's old...well used...but it still had a youthful spirit, so has been reborn again. It now has an oil painting "ON THE OUTSIDE LOOKING IN" hand painted on it. This looking raccoon is deciding whether it is a wise idea to make his way thru the open window, to help himself to a piece of birthday cake decorated with roses. Take care little guy, don't get burnt. This cleaver has a total length of 13-1/2", the painted area is 5-1/2" x 3-1/4". On the back of the meat cleaver is what looks like a J with a line thru it and then J. HOWARTH SHEFFIELD underneath it is a mark that looks like a horseshoe. This unique cleaver weighs 1 lb. 5 oz. before packaging.
